Correcta mundo Mr Raggz. However turns out it wasn't me knees it was my hips (probably explains why I don't like to dance). Apparently they do not move as freely as they should. Went to see a physio & he gave me a set of exercises to do. Do em a minimum of once a day and no problems for about the last 1.5 years (touch wood).
As for things with me am doin good. Am in the middle of updating me record list at the mo (tasks I have at work don't take taht long so have to find stuff to keep me occupied)
